Objetivo: To develop photonic integrated circuits for methane sensing, operating at mid-infrared wavelengths where the gas strongly absorbs light. Objetivo: This project will exploit computer simulations to investigate the dynamics of the generation of light in such large, few-moded or multimoded, optical fibres.
