Objetivo: El Congreso Internacional del CLAD es un evento celebrado anualmente, y que se ha consolidado como el encuentro de mayor importancia en Iberoamérica para presentar y debatir experiencias e investigaciones realizadas sobre la Reforma del Estado y de la Administración Pública.
