Objetivo: The small exploratory research grant is intended to be for “high-risk, high reward” projects. These are for ideas that may not pan out, but have sound theoretical basis. This grant is designed specifically for new investigators who have a preliminary concept they would like to develop into a research project. The maximum grant award for this category is $10,000. The maximum duration of research is one year.
