Objetivo: Applications are invited for appointments as Post-doctoral Fellow in 2D Materials and Devices (several posts) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, to commence as soon as possible for up to three years. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree before January 2022 in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or a related discipline, with a strong research background in 2D materials growth; electronic device fabrication or circuit design; or hybrid bonding for 3D Integrated Circuits. They should be highly self-motivated; have a good command of written and spoken English; and be able to work independently. The appointees will work under the supervision of Professor Lance Li.
