Objetivo: This project from the Swedish National Space Agency aims to develop manufacturing methods for fabrication of high voltage integrated circuits in silicon carbide (SiC). KTH already has separate processes for integrated circuits and high voltage transistors in SiC, but now we want to combine the two. The finished integrated circuits will be used for electric propulsion in small satellites.
