Objetivo:
The World Diabetes Foundation (WDF) is dedicated to supporting prevention and treatment of diabetes in developing countries. Focus is given on the following areas: awareness of diabetes, prevention of diabetes and its complications, education and training of patients and health care professionals, enhancement of detection, treatment and monitoring of diabetes. The Projects Fund 2017/2018 is aimed at projects devoted to improving diabetes care and prevention in developing countries included in the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) List of ODA Recipients.
