Objetivo: The aim of the PhD project is to develop and characterize the role of the plaqueproteins in vitro with the main focus on organoids as well as in vivo using a mouse model with a selective intestinal knockout of plakoglobin as well as plakophilin. The project will utilize organoid culture as well as advanced molecular and cell biology techniques that are wellembedded at the institute.
