Objetivo: The number one priority of A Kids’ Brain Tumor Cure Foundation is to act as a catalyst for researchers world-wide to turn their attention to the area of pediatric low grade glioma brain tumor research and to award research grants for the most promising programs and studies. Our hope is that this research will lead to a better understanding of the causes of PLGA as well as the discovery of more effective treatments and a cure for the most common forms of children’s brain tumors. The grant cycle is an on-going process throughout the year. Investigators from all over the world are invited to submit a ‘Letter of Intent’ at any time throughout the year to A Kids’ Brain Tumor Cure.

Objetivo: Fraunhofer-Bessel Research Award aims to recognize scientists and scholars from all non-European countries, who completed their doctorates less than 18 years ago, who are internationally recognised for their achievements in the field of applied research, and who in future are expected to continue producing cutting-edge achievements which will have a seminal influence on their discipline beyond their immediate field of work. Award winners are invited to spend a period of up to one year cooperating on a long-term research project with specialist colleagues at one of the Fraunhofer Institutes in Germany.

Objetivo:
The Faculty of Psychology at the University of Vienna comprises the Dean’s office and the Student Service Center and three Departments (one of Basic Psychological Research and Research Methods, two of Applied Psychology). We offer a position for a university assistant (post doc) at the newly established research group of Developmental Psychology at the Department of Applied Psychology: Health, Development, Enhancement and Intervention.
