Objetivo: FAST’s grants and fellowships program strives to encourage research aimed at finding a specific treatment for Angelman Syndrome. FAST is committed to assisting individuals living with Angelman Syndrome to realize their full potential. Our goal is to bring practical treatment into current medical practice as quickly as possible; therefore, preference will be given to research projects that have a clear practical application and the results of which will be shared in a timely fashion. We also hope that grants we fund will lead to additional research support from government agencies and other funding sources.

IMDTRF – Continuation Grant

Objetivo: The Foundation has established a Continuation Grant Program to assist investigators requiring a small amount of funding (less than or equal to $5000.00 US) in order to complete a project or facilitate publication. Angelman Syndrome Foundation – Call for Research Proposals 2018

Objetivo: The Angelman Syndrome Foundation conducts biannual calls for research proposals. Applications are accepted on a continual basis, with submission deadlines for subsequent review occurring annually on October 15 and April 15. One- or two-year grants will be awarded for various amounts of up to $100,000 per year.

AvH – Humboldt Research Award

Award winners are invited to spend a period of up to one year cooperating on a long-term research project with specialist colleagues at a research institution in Germany. The stay may be divided up into blocks.

GSA Society-Wide Awards – M. Powell Lawton Award 2018
