Objetivo: To appoint a talented postdoctoral fellow for a 2-year position for a joint proteomics, transcriptomics, and genomics project investigating the underpinnings of cardiac disease. The postdoctoral fellow will use quantitative proteomics-based approaches to identify the molecular changes in cardiac disease in an unbiased manner from human heart biopsies. From the same biopsies, the fellow will obtain WGS and single cell transcriptomics data and integrate this information across the omics datasets acquired. This will lead to investigation of the cardiac disease at unprecedented molecular level.
