Objetivo:
The group has recently taken on significant responsibility in the construction of the endcap inner tracker silicon strip detector (ITk) as part of the Phase-II upgrade of the ATLAS detector. The group wants to contribute to the development of the track trigger system for the Phase II upgrade of ATLAS. We are looking for a candidate capable to make a significant contribution to such development. We expect the candidate to contribute to the final design choices for the system for Phase II upgrade, as well as take a leading role in testing a prototype of such system, the Fast TracKer system (FTK), with Run2 data.

The task of the PostDoc is to design a computer-simulated artificial neural network model that is complex enough to catch the richness of the immune response.
