Objetivo: The purpose of the project is to study CO2 adsorption processes on metal oxide surfaces and to investigate how these processes can be tailored for proton-coupled electron transfer reactions for direct reduction of CO2 at oxide surfaces. The project is based on preliminary data and calculations demonstrating a hitherto unexplored photo-stimulated CO2 adsorption mechanism whereby adsorption takes place on locally reduced cation sites.
Objetivo: An opportunity to conduct high quality research and development on a National Health and Medical Research Council project in the area of biomedical engineering computations
Objetivo: A team of 5 PhD students from 4 groups at Utrecht University and Twente University will work together to achieve, for the first time, the self-assembly of photonic colloidal icosahedral quasicrystals as well as the associated periodic MgCu2 Laves phase crystals. The 5 PhD students will tackle many different aspects of this problem.
Objetivo: We are seeking up to three highly motivated, creative Research Associates/Fellows to join our multi-disciplinary team of approximately 30 chemists and engineers undertaking exciting research projects at the University of Nottingham involving continuous flow photochemistry, electrochemistry and thermal chemistry. The aim of all projects is to transform the way fine chemicals and medicines are manufactured in the UK
