Objetivo: The Angelman Syndrome Foundation conducts biannual calls for research proposals. Applications are accepted on a continual basis, with submission deadlines for subsequent review occurring annually on October 15 and April 15. Objetivo: Pilot grant recipients gain financial support for their studies and discounts on many San Diego CFAR resources. In return, the International Core expects grant recipients to successfully apply for subsequent grant funding and to publish manuscripts related to their San Diego CFAR-supported research. Objetivo: The award is granted in recognition of a researcher’s entire achievements to date to academics whose fundamental discoveries, new theories, or insights have had a significant impact on their own discipline and who are expected to continue producing cutting-edge achievements in the future. Objetivo: The TRIL Programme offers scientists from developing countries the opportunity to undertake training and research in an Italian laboratory in different branches of the physical sciences.
