Objetivo: Grants of $30,000 are made to established post-doctoral scholars engaged in work on some aspect of the life and career of Harry S. Truman or of the public and foreign policy issues which were prominent during the Truman years. The award is intended to free a senior scholar from teaching or other employment for a substantial period of time. The awarding of the Scholar’s Award is contingent upon the receipt of underwriting support and of strong proposals from applicants.

Objetivo: The IDFA Bertha Fund supports independent, critical, and artistic voices from Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe (IBF regions) with the aim of stimulating and empowering the creative documentary sector in these regions. The Fund provides development, production, and distribution grants through two funding schemes. Filmmakers from and living in the above-mentioned regions can apply for IBF Classic. European co-producers of documentaries from these regions can apply for IBF Europe.

Objetivo: The Senior Visiting Fellows program invites philosophers of science with seniority in the profession to spend a two-term academic year working in the Center for Philosophy of Science. Senior Fellows work principally on their own research project. Because of their seniority, it is expected that they will informally mentor junior scholars also visiting in the Center.
