• Linha 1 – Pesquisa em patógenos e parasitas em abelhas nativas e em Apis mellifera
• Linha 2 – Monitoramento e avaliação da situação das abelhas nativas no Brasil
• Linha 3 – Avaliação de ecotoxicidade de agrotóxicos para espécies nativas selecionadas
• Linha 4 – Quantificação e caracterização de recursos ambientais coletados por espécies de abelhas nativas
• Linha 5 – Avaliação bioeconômica do serviço de polinização na produtividade agrícola por cultura relevante
