Objetivo: Postdoc in in Cancer Bioinformatics in the Porse Group at the Finsen Laboratory/BRIC Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen. We are looking for a PhD level computational biologist with a strong quantitative background. In our group, we seek to answer fundamental questions in cancer biology using diverse set of omics data (RNA-seq, single cell RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, proteomics, etc) and have an expertise in generating and integrating the analysis of these datasets.

Objetivo: The P. C. Silva Student Grants are made twice annually for up to 8 graduate students. Each award is USD $500 and students are eligible to receive the award once per year. Awards are made for: Travel to meetings (including workshops) in which the student is presenting work on algae, whether the meeting is phycological or more general (e.g., evolution or ecology); Research projects on algae, which must be student-led with support from the supervisor.
