Objetivo: 4The  Matsumae  International  Foundation  (MIF)  is  a  nongovernmental  organization  whose  Fund  is  solely  based on donations from many Japanese people who have responded with goodwill to Dr. Shigeyoshi MATSUMAE’s call.
