Objetivo: DLR-DAAD Research Fellowships is a programme implemented by the ‘German Aerospace Center’ (DLR) and the ‘German Academic Exchange Service’ (DAAD). DLR is Germany´s national research center for aeronautics and space. This special programme is intended for highly-qualified foreign doctoral and postdoctoral students as well as senior scientists. DLR-DAAD Fellowships are defined and awarded on an individual basis. Each fellowship announcement will indicate the specific qualification requirements and terms of visit.

Objetivo: Every year, the Daimler and Benz Foundation awards ten scholarships to exceptional postdoctoral students, assistant professors, and young managers of new research projects. Objetivo: The IUBMB is involved in a broad range of educational matters. It organizes or sponsors workshops, usually where participants can discuss modern education and related topics. It also distributes biochemistry textbooks and review journals without charge to scientists and teachers in developing areas, and holds or sponsors symposia on education at regional biochemical meetings around the world. Objetivo: The Denver X-ray Conference Organizing Committee established the Jenkins Award in 2001 to recognize scientists who exhibit lifetime achievement in the advancement of the use of X-rays in materials analysis.
