Objetivo: The Research Group Linkage Programme is an alumni support tool, combining various activities, designed to establish a sustainable basis for long-term international academic collaboration between alumni of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation programmes abroad and academics in Germany. Objetivo: The group of Integrated Devices and Systems (IDS) has a vacancy for a Postdoc to work on CMOS transistors and their wearout due to stress-induced leakage current. The aim of the project is to investigate self-repair (recovery) of stress-induced leakage current and to formulate a model to describe this effect, in order to improve contemporary reliability estimates for CMOS electronics.

Objetivo: The AAG provides small grants to support research and fieldwork. Grants can be used only for direct expenses of research; salary and overhead costs are not allowed.
