NIH – FUNCTIONAL GENETICS, EPIGENETICS, AND NON-CODING RNAS IN SUBSTANCE USE
DISORDERS (R01 AND R21)

Inscricoes:
R01: February 5, June 5 and October 5, 5:00 PM local time of applicant
organization.
R21: February 16, June 16 and October 16, 5:00 PM local time of applicant
organization.
Expiration Date: May 8, 2020.

Objetivo:
To encourage basic functional genetic and genomic research in two areas:

1- Functional validation to determine which candidate
genes/variants/epigenetic/non-coding RNA features have an authentic role in
SUDs;
2 – Detailed elucidation of the molecular pathways and processes modulated by
candidate genes/variants, particularly for those genes with an unanticipated
role in SUDs.
