Objetivo:
The Rare Kidney Stone Consortium (RKSC) is seeking applications for Pilot Projects in research in rare kidney stone disease. Ideal projects will facilitate acquisition of preliminary data that can be used for future grant applications. Projects that explore promising or novel treatments, develop new diagnostic tests or laboratory assays, or those that identify new markers of disease activity are encouraged.

The GIF Funds invests in a range of innovations with strong potential for social impact at a large scale. GIF defines ‘innovation’ broadly to include new business models, policy practices, technologies, behavioural insights, or ways of delivering products and services that benefit the poor in developing countries, any solution that has potential to address an important development problem more effectively than existing approaches. GIF is interested in innovations that enable greater social impacts to be achieved compared to current practices.

Objetivo:
The mission of the Leakey Foundation is to increase scientific knowledge, education, and public understanding of human origins, evolution, behavior and survival. The Leakey Foundation was formed to foster research into human origins. Research Grants are awarded twice annually (in May and December) and constitute the majority of the Foundation’s grant program. The Foundation funds research related specifically to human origins. Priority of funding is commonly given to exploratory phases of promising new research projects that meet the stated purpose of the Foundation.

Objetivo: The International Foundation for CDKL5 Research (IFCR) aims to lead the way in finding a cure and treatments for CDKL5 disorder by funding global research efforts, and increasing awareness of CDKL5 disorder, while enhancing the quality of life for those affected by CDKL5 disorder, by providing information, programs, and services.

The IFCR Grant Program aims to fund clinical research projects to help the understand how the CDKL5 protein, and lack thereof, affects different organ systems in the human body, and then move quickly into identifying potential therapeutic interventions that will ameliorate symptoms and lead to an improved quality of life for all those affected.

Objetivo: The aim of the McGraw Fellowship for Business Journalism is to support in-depth, ambitious coverage of critical issues related to the global economy and business. The fellowship provides editorial and financial support to journalists who need the time and resources to produce a significant story or series that provides fresh insight into an important business or economic topic. The Center accepts applications for in-depth text, video or audio pieces, and it encourages proposals that take advantage of more than one storytelling form to create a multimedia package.
