Oferecer bolsas de estudos para realização de pesquisas em universidades japonesas, dando aos interessados a oportunidade de cursar mestrado e/ou doutorado, mediante aprovação no exame de admissão da universidade japonesa. Inclui curso de língua japonesa nos seis primeiros meses do programa, para os bolsistas que não têm domínio do idioma. Nota: Os candidatos devem observar as áreas de pesquisa oferecidas em universidades japonesas relacionadas a sua formação.

Objetivo:
