Objetivo: Ofertar bolsas que visam possibilitar ao pesquisador brasileiro ou estrangeiro, de reconhecida liderança científica e tecnológica, a colaboração com grupos de pesquisa emergentes ou consolidados, para o desenvolvimento de linhas de pesquisa ou de desenvolvimento tecnológico, consideradas relevantes. As bolsas têm duração de 3 a 12 meses e contam com os seguintes benefícios: mensalidade; auxílio instalação; auxílio deslocamento, destinado à aquisição de passagem aérea de ida e volta, quando houver a necessidade de deslocamento do pesquisador por distância superior a 350 km.
